Coconut is a tropical woody oil of palm family. After drying, the moisture content of coconut pulp decreases to 7%-10% and the fat content 57%-75%. Coconut oil can be produced by traditional pressing method. Coconut cake can be used as animal feed.

Coconut oil production line mainly includes three processes: pretreatment, oil pressing and refining.

Pretreatment process flow:

Cleaning→ crushing→ steaming→ one-time pre-pressing→ two-time pressing→crude oil

Basic refining process flow:

Crude oil→filtration→degumming→deacidification→ decolorization→ deodorization→ refined oil
