1. Cleaning process; Cleaning screen to remove impurities in soybeans, suction fan to remove lighter impurities than soybeans, stone remover is to remove stones in soybeans. The cleaning process can remove 99% of the impurities in soybean, thus reducing the wear and tear of equipment and ensuring the quality of soybean.
2. Accurate rolling process: destroying the cell structure of oil, increasing the surface area of oil, shortening the distance of oil outflow, is conducive to the extraction of oil, but also conducive to improving the steaming effect. The requirement of rolling billet is thin and uniform billet, small powder and no oil leakage.
3. Environmental protection and energy saving leaching system: unique tail gas absorption system, good absorption effect; full energy saving design, multiple utilization of heat energy, thereby saving steam consumption.
