The whole processing process: the waste tire is put into the high temperature and atmospheric pressure cracking reactor, after adding catalyst, the waste tire is heated for catalytic cracking and purification extraction, the oil vapor is distilled, the oil is decomposed, the oil is condensed into mixed oil, and then the mixed oil is gradually purified into primary diesel oil through precipitation filtration chemical treatment.
Technology of production process:
1、Special catalyst is added to the waste oil raw material to carry out catalytic cracking at medium temperature. The cracking effect of waste oil and various mineral oil can be achieved;
2、The gas components obtained after cracking are further catalytic cracked in a fixed bed to obtain oil vapor。
